1. About the website
4-Sight is a website and product owned and operated by E-Smart Solutions Limited, company number 03758209, VAT number 757 8215 00. Our company address is Maghull Business Centre, 1 Liverpool Road North, Maghull, Merseyside, L31 2HB. These terms cover use of the 4-Sight marketing website and its accountant partner registration features. Contact recalls@esmart.co.uk (please put “4-Sight” in the subject) for website enquiries.
2. Website and application
The separate 4-Sight application handles Xero connections, scans and billing. Its service terms, subscription arrangements and any data-processing agreements are provided separately. A website registration does not itself buy a subscription, connect Xero or appoint an accountant. Features marked planned or coming soon are not commitments to a release date.
3. Business use and account details
The website is intended for business users. Provide accurate information, use an account you are authorised to use and keep your sign-in access secure. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another firm’s account. We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or material breaches, while retaining records where justified.
4. Firm logos and invitations
You must be authorised to register the named firm and upload its logo. You retain rights in your material and permit us to store and display it for the requested partner profile, invitation and report preview functions. Do not upload infringing, misleading or unlawful material. We may remove material where reasonably necessary to investigate a rights or security concern. Partner registration does not establish Xero endorsement or membership of Xero’s partner programme.
5. Referrals
Referral links identify an introducing firm. Website registration counts do not establish paid customers, connected Xero organisations, commission or entitlement to payment. Any future reward scheme needs its own published terms. You must not misrepresent the product or promise outcomes, access rights or payments that have not been agreed. A referral does not authorise access to anyone’s financial information.
6. Content and examples
Descriptions, screenshots and calculators help explain the product. Demo companies and example amounts are illustrative. Risk values, recovery estimates and profit calculations are not guarantees of future performance or professional financial, tax or legal advice. Consider the underlying assumptions and obtain advice appropriate to your business before making decisions. We aim to keep website information accurate but may correct or update it.
7. Acceptable use and ownership
Do not introduce malware, interfere with the service, probe access controls without permission, impersonate others or use the website unlawfully. Website design, code, branding and content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may view and share website links for legitimate business purposes; other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission unless the law allows it. Third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property.
8. Availability and external services
Access may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or security work. Links to the app, authentication providers and external resources lead to services with their own terms and privacy information. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the website or third-party services.
9. Responsibility
You remain responsible for decisions made using general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These website terms do not replace any separately agreed service contract or remove statutory rights that apply.
10. Privacy, changes and law
Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain website processing. We may update these website terms and will show the revision date. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separately agreed contract. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or rules that apply. Please contact us first if you have a concern.
